NOW A LOOK AT THE ACADEMY

With the past October 8th, we concluded our series of on-site recruiting meetings in search of talents who want to embark on this Academy path, carried out in collaboration with Adecco. We wrap up in Sannazzaro de' Burgondi, not far from us but already in the province of Pavia, where, hosted by the Community Library, we welcomed people interested in understanding our project and challenging themselves to learn new skills related to professions highly sought after in the market.

LUXEPACK MONACO 2025

The three-day LuxePack Monaco event, the international packaging trade show held in Monte Carlo, concluded yesterday. We participated as visitors again this year, and it was a stimulating and essential experience.

PEOPLE: WHERE THE FUTURE BEGINS

We are thrilled to share the success of the recruiting day held last September 29th at the Employment Center in Tortona. In close collaboration with our partner Adecco, we had the opportunity to talk about our most important initiative at the moment: the launch of our Academy.

THE COSMETICS INDUSTRY: DEEPER THAN SURFACE BEAUTY, A CONSTANT DEDICATION

Cosmetics is not just about makeup or personal care; it is a combination of techniques, arts, and innovations aimed at improving pleasantness, appearance, and aesthetics. The very term derives from the Greek kósmos (“order”), leading to kósmesis: to put in order, to embellish. The sector is vast and complex, encompassing face and body skincare, haircare, make-up, personal hygiene, perfumery, sunscreens, and much more. As manufacturers of cosmetic packaging, we choose to embrace precisely this idea of “improving pleasantness.”

HIRING AND TRAINING: STAGEHANDS

Finding collaborators with strong technical and practical skills for manufacturing companies like ours has become a complex challenge. Too often, the search leads to unsatisfactory results, which is why we decided to change our approach: not only recruiting, but also training. In partnership with Adecco, we have launched an Academy dedicated to Stagehands, key figures in the cosmetic packaging sector, responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of machinery and production systems.

POST-VACATION BLUES? LET’S FACE IT IN THE BEST WAY

We at Ramaplast have also resumed our activities after a period of relaxation and carefree moments. Like every return, the first days need to be managed carefully to prevent them from turning into stressful situations. That’s why we asked for the valuable advice of Dr. Sara Angeleri, work psychologist and psychotherapist with whom we have been collaborating for some time, who shared her perspective with us.

Summer Holidays 2025

We at Ramaplast are also taking a few days off to enjoy this unpredictable summer, filled with sunshine, clouds, and a strong desire to recharge our energy. Today is our last working day before the break: we’ll be back on August 26th, ready to face new challenges with our usual passion, professionalism, and expertise — always by the side of those who have chosen us.

TWO-DIMENSIONALITY AND THREE-DIMENSIONALITY: WHEN PACKAGING TAKES SHAPE (AND GAINS TRUST).
In the world of cosmetic packaging, where aesthetics are substance, every project begins with a challenge as invisible as it is essential: transforming a two-dimensional idea into a 'garment' that fits a three-dimensional object—one that can evoke emotion, communicate, and stand out.
